Cancellations and Reschedules

Same-Day Reschedules or Cancellations: A $50 cancellation fee applies for orders rescheduled or canceled on the same day of the appointment unless the change is due to inclement weather.

Cancellations Within 12 Hours: If an order is canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Photographer Arrival: If the photographer has already arrived at the property and the order is canceled, a $50 travel fee may be charged.
Inclement Weather
- Orders that need to be rescheduled due to inclement weather are exempt from cancellation fees. We encourage proactive communication to ensure the best possible experience for our clients and partners.
