How to Upload to MLS

How to Upload Photos and Virtual Tours to MLS

  • Log in to MLS

Visit your MLS login page and log in using your username and password.

  • Find Your Listing

Search for your listing by MLS # and navigate to the Add/Edit Media section.

  • Open Media Manager

Click the Media Manager button within the Add/Edit Media section.

  • Upload Photos

Select the Upload Photos or Add Photos option at the top.

  • When prompted, choose the images you want to upload.

  • Prepare Your Images

Before logging to your MLS, download and unzip the Low Res Images from your Delivery email (Showcase Pickup Page).

  • Select and Upload

Choose the images from the unzipped folder and click Add or Upload. Your photos will now upload successfully.

  • Set the Primary Photo

Review your uploaded images in Media Manager and drag the desired image to the first slot to set it as the Primary Photo (Thumbnail).

  • Add Your Virtual Tour

In Media Manager, click Add Links at the top of the page.

  • Copy the Virtual Tour link (Branded or Non-Branded, depending on your market) from your Showcase Order Pickup Page and paste it here.
